Dear Community Business Leaders:
I am writing to you on behalf of the committee
organizing the 2010 July 4th weekend festivities:
Saratoga’s All-American Celebration. This will be
the third annual festival, this year celebrating
Patriots, Pride & Preservation, and I invite your
participation in this community event.
The All-American Celebration focuses on our
heritage, our Independence and our family fabric.
Festivities will be held in Congress Park and every
corner downtown, drawing visitors to our fine
eateries, shopping establishments, and lodging.
During these economic times, it is often the free
area events the community turns to for their
entertainment, so your support will be your legacy
for years to come.
Any size donation is greatly appreciated. Attached
is a list of sponsorship levels and opportunities
for your reference. This event is fully funded
through donations. All of our events need sponsors,
however, your donation would be especially helpful
for our largest expenses—the All-American Parade on
July 3rd, and for the Fireworks display on July 4th.
All sponsors receive recognition before the
celebration through press releases, our web site,
radio and print advertising. During the event your
organization’s name will be prominently displayed
and announced during the event you sponsor.
Our volunteer committee is working with Finance
Commissioner Ken Ivins on this fun family event, so
your tax-free donation should be made payable to the
Commissioner of Finance of Saratoga Springs.
