Our July 4th events open with the All-American Parade marching down Broadway from Van Dam Street to Spring Street.  The parade, led by the Korean War Veterans Color Guard, includes historical re-enactors, civic groups and City leaders, municipalities from all across Saratoga County, music, fun, and more!  Be sure to see the dozens of adorable Patriotic Pooches that march in the parade every year thanks to our friends at www.SloppyKissesofSaratoga.com

All-American BBQ & Dessert Fest

The Sixth-Annual All-American BBQ & Dessert Fest is back and bigger than ever!  With dozens of participating restaurants and organizations, you'll be able to try some of the best BBQ and dessert that Saratoga Springs has to offer!  

Each tasting is $1 paid to each participant at their locations.  Most participants are located in and around downtown and more will be set up in the Holiday Inn parking lot.

PRINT your Program, Map & Ballot, vote for your favorites, and get a commemorative T-Shirt for only $10 when you turn in your stamped ballot at the Ballot Turn-in Tent in Congress Park.

Join Charlie Kuenzel, Dave Patterson, and Bob Baker as they guide a 90-minute walking tour of the Congress Park area focusing on a day in Saratoga Springs, as it was in 1863. Step back in time, hear the stories of the great hotels, the world famous mineral springs and the activities that entertained the visitors to the city in the summer of 1863.

Historic City Tour
Saratoga 1863: A Celebration of 150 Years of Health & History

Meet at Potato Chip Lane on East Avenue

Our friends at the National Museum of Racing bring you Charlie Kuenzel, Dave Patterson, and Bob Baker as they guide a 90- minute walking tour divided into two parts: a walking tour of the Oklahoma Track area, and a historic tour near the main race track. The Oklahoma Tour will reveal a day in the life of a race horse. The tour will include stables, training, and general off track activities that support these great thoroughbred athletes.  The History Tour will discuss the history, the legends and the lore of 150 years of racing on the greatest thoroughbred track in America.

(Due to insurance regulations, the Oklahoma Tour is for ages 10 and up.  Be sure to wear comfortable shoes.  UMBRELLAS are NOT allowed.)
